感謝と異動のメッセージ玉造教会から甲子園教会へ

聖マリア大聖堂で約５年間、この素晴らしい共同体に奉仕してきましたが、この度、カトリック甲子園教会で新たな任務に就くこととなりました。
私は2020年3月16日、コロナウィルスパンデミックの始まったころに着任しました。
私たちにとって困難な時期でした。この数年間、、私はこの共同体の強さと回復力の強さを
目の当たりにする機会に恵まれましたが、2024年10月14日に皆さんと別れを告げる準備をするのは辛い心境です。この知らせは多くの方々にとって驚きであり、悲しみであるかもしれません。それは私がやり遂げたいと思っていた計画や、私たちが共有した信仰心の未来への夢がまだあるからです。しかし、私たちが知っているように、神のタイミングは常に完璧であり、神はときがくれば私たち一人ひとりを新たな使命と役割に召されます。
今回の異動は、私に様々な責任を負わせ、新たな方法で奉仕するチャンスを与えてくれるものであり、この旅において神の御手が私を導いてくださることを信じています。

日本語コミュニティの皆さまへ。私は皆さんのゆるぎないサポートと私たちの信仰の伝統に対する深い敬愛を感じてきました。皆さんは静かな忍耐と献身の美しさを私に示してくださいました。
英語コミュニティの皆さまへ。皆さんのエネルギーと包容力は私にとって大きな喜びの源でした。皆さんの信仰表現の多様性は教会の真の普遍性を示してくださいました。
ベトナムコミュニティの皆さまへ。皆さんの熱意と献身は常に私の目を惹きつけてきました。
あなた方の生きいきとした信仰と教会を築き上げるためのたゆまぬ努力は感動的であり、私はあなたがたとの全ての時間を大切にしていました。
韓国コミュニティの皆さまへ。皆さんの温かさと連帯感に感謝します。皆さんの信仰と共同体に対する深い感覚は、私に永続的な影響を与えてくださいました。
この数年間、皆さま、お一人おひとりの愛と祈りと交わりに、心から感謝いたします。
皆さんは、私の教区民であるだけではなく家族でもありました。私の司祭職の新たな一歩を
踏み出すにあたり、引き続きお祈りくださいますよう、お願い申し上げます。
私の祈りはいつも皆さんとともにあります。
キリスト教の使命における新たな挑戦
この変化の時を迎えるにあたり、私はいつも私を導いてくれた知恵の言葉を思い出します。
「新しい挑戦の旅に神は私たちを成長させ奉仕させ、主が私たちの前に示された使命に勇気をもって応える恵みを与えてくださる。」
信仰の旅路の新たな一歩いっぽに訪れる機会と挑戦を受け入れながら、主のご計画に信頼し続けることができますように。
A Message of Gratitude and Transition:From Tamatsukuri Church to Koshien Catholic Church

After nearly five years of serving this wonderful community at St. Mary’s Cathedral, the time has come for me to take on a new assignment at Koshien Catholic Church. I began my ministry here on March 16, 2020, during the early days of the Coronavirus Pandemic, a time of uncertainty and challenge for us all. Throughout these years, I have been blessed to witness the strength and resilience of this community, and it is with a heavy heart that I prepare to say farewell on October 14, 2024.
I know this news may come as a surprise and perhaps sadness to many, as there are still plans I had hoped to see through, and dreams we had shared for the future of our faithful. But as we know, God’s timing is always perfect, and He calls each of us to new missions and roles when the time is right. This move offers me the chance to take on different responsibilities and serve in new ways, and I trust that God's hand is guiding me in this journey.
My Deepest Gratitude
To the Japanese community, I have felt your unwavering support and deep reverence for our faith traditions. You have shown me the beauty of quiet perseverance and devotion.
To the English-speaking community, your energy and inclusivity have been a source of great joy for me. The diversity of your faith expressions has shown the true universality of the Church.
To the Vietnamese community, your zeal and dedication have always stood out to me. Your vibrant faith and tireless efforts in building up the Church are inspiring, and I have cherished every moment with you.
To the Korean community, I thank you for your warmth and solidarity. Your deep sense of faith and community has made a lasting impact on me, and I will carry that with me in my new role.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank each one of you for your love, prayers, and companionship over these past years. You have not only been my parishioners but also my family. I kindly ask you to continue praying for me as I step into this new chapter of my ministry. I assure you, my prayers will always be with you.
A New Challenge in Our Christian Mission
As we embrace this time of change, I am reminded of the words of wisdom that have always guided me:
"In every new challenge, God gives us the grace to grow, to serve, and to respond with courage to the mission He sets before us."
May we continue to trust in the Lord’s plan, embracing the opportunities and challenges that come with each new step in our faith journey.
